Olga's career in the business field began in 1995 when she graduated with Honors from Kiev National University of Economics, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Economics and Trade. She furthered her academic pursuits by obtaining her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management.

During her studies, Olga gained practical experience as the Chief Accountant for a Not-For-Profit Environment Organization, showcasing her financial management skills within a meaningful cause. She also collaborated with AT&T on projects related to foreign investments, assisting American corporations entering the Ukrainian market. 

After completing her education, Olga joined World Wide Manufacturing as an Executive Assistant, where she played a vital role in establishing relationships with foreign investors and managing export operations to the Middle East and North America. Continuing her professional growth, Olga became a valued member of Sumitomo Corporation. In her roles as Chief Accountant, she showcased her expertise in financial management, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

After immigrating to the USA, Olga embarked on a successful career with notable achievements in various roles: Initially, she worked for MetLife Investment and Insurance Agency, where she held an accounting position responsible for supporting 65 brokers and insurance agents. Reporting directly to the headquarter in Boston, Olga played a crucial role in managing the full scope of accounting and ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Following her time at MetLife, Olga transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Controller for the Mid-Atlantic RedBull Distributor. As a key member of the executive team, she contributed significantly to the distributor's growth, witnessing an impressive rise from $14 million to $67 million in just two years. In charge of the Operating and Accounting Department, Olga applied her expertise and implemented effective business strategies in the fast-paced and rapidly expanding company.

Olga was delighted to be part of the team that witnessed the transformation of the local RedBull Distributor into a highly profitable venture. After obtaining her CPA license, Olga continued on a career providing fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services, and later, fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) services, with a primary focus on the legal niche. She offered a comprehensive range of services, including accounting, marketing, web presence, search engine optimization (SEO), advertising, CRM integration, and workflow automation.

One notable aspect of Olga's work was her collaboration with a bankruptcy law firm. In this role, she played a crucial part in helping local businesses navigate Chapter 11 Business Reorganizations. Through her financial expertise and strategic guidance, Olga assisted these businesses in turning their operations around, transforming them into profitable ventures after bankruptcy.
